Delivery
Ordered on working days before 15.00 hrs. local time is delivered the next day. Shipping EU :  3- 6 working days.

Returns :

It is possible that you want to return a product. This is possible with us within 14 days after the expiry of the cooling-off period, without stating a reason. Please note: the return costs are for your own account, these will not be reimbursed by us. You have 14 days to report the return via the contact form stating: invoice number, and 14 days from the time of notification to return the order.

Can it be returned?
Yes, you can return the product at any time within 14 days. We cannot credit the purchase amount in the following cases;

Items received more than 14 days ago, but in original packaging. In consultation you will receive a voucher.
Items that are used, damaged or incomplete.*
Items whose packaging is missing. (It is not necessary to remove the packaging to assess the product) *

* If you want to further check the material of the product, we advise you to open the packaging neatly so that you can feel the fabric. Do not completely remove the product from the packaging, because then we cannot check whether it has been used!
